Mental health is a psychiatric illness, that includes any kind of anxiety or discomfort that can leave a person feeling sad, anxious, frustrated, and unhappy. Sometimes these feelings are out of your control, but they can be controlled.

TYPES OF MENTAL HEALTH:

Each category has different characteristics and symptoms.
1. ANXIETY DISORDER:

Most people don’t understand how their bodies deal with this type of fear, but it makes sense. People with certain phobias may have trouble sleeping due to constant worry, which eventually disrupts their body’s normal processes.
2. POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER:
A person with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) may develop long-term anxiety and fear. These experiences can include things like witnessing violence or being physically/sexually assaulted. When a traumatic event occurs, they are physically unable to function normally, leading them to think and behave abnormally. Panic attacks occur when someone feels as if they are dying or going crazy. They look menacing and scary. People often confuse what is happening with a heart attack or heart attack. 4. PHYSICAL DISORDER:
Physical disorders can also appear and occur in those who are facing problems in life. They may have a headache, dizziness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, migraines, nausea, back pain, loss of appetite, vomiting, fever, confusion, insomnia, joint pain, irritability, stomach upset, chest pain, muscle pain, skin rash, blood pressure, asthma, swelling of the legs or arms, swollen lymph nodes or cold feet. Any type of injury can result in the release of chemicals that affect a person’s mood and make them feel bad. Many injuries and illnesses can also lead to seizures or even death.
HOW TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH:
- You can start improving your mental health slowly and remember that you are loved.
- Do not give in to depression or anger that may be bothering you.
- Talk to your family and friends. you have to remember that you aren’t alone in this world.
- Be patient with your child and allow him to grow and learn new skills throughout his life. When you help your child succeed, you help them to be successful for the rest of their lives, which is good for them.
