HOW TO RELIEVE STRESS
Stress can be
explained as any type of change in life that is related
to your physical, psychological, and emotional actions, called stress.
It is a human body’s
response that needs attention and action. Everyone faces stress at different
levels in life, but there is a big difference between anxiety and depression.
In anxiety, you are boosted up, and your thoughts
become angry working in your brain. And you are thinking about a lot of issues
at the same time. But in depression, you become slow down, and your reactions
and thoughts are dull and silent. You don’t want to go publicly. Depression

As a doctor, I advised that no one has a life
without problems, everyone faces it, some have financial issues, some have
family issues, some have a business and some have political issues. But my
opinion is that only, that you have to face every problem and you can do it.
Because you are the only one, who can cure you, who can cure your stress, who
can sort out your issue.
Now
we discuss here, some tips on how we can relieve our stress.
1- DO
PERFECT SLEEP:
It’s
a fact that sleep is the main cause of stress, if we take better sleep, it
has a good impact on recovery. because the brain and body need rest, it
becomes a fad up with the routine situation and facing a lot of problems. When
the body takes rests and better sleep, anxiety, and stress levels automatically become
cured, and humans think about solving the issue and leaving the stress gap.
As
a doctor, I have advised you to get 7-8 hours of sleep a day with a dim light turn off your TV, and switch off the internet connection of your devices. It
gives the most booster effect to leave out yourself from stress.
2- DO
EXERCISE DAILY:
Exercise
is the supporting factor to release stress and anxiety, because if you do only
5 minutes of exercise or walk, your blood circulation will increase, and your brain
and body utilize more blood to fulfill requirements and increase the secretion
of endorphins, which automatically improves your mood. Exercise gives you the
strength and power to face all issues.
3- TAKE
A HEALTHY DIET:
A
healthy diet is closely related to stress management, as when you are in stress
you are taking regularly snacks or sweets, which increases your stress level
day by day. if you stop it, you can automatically hold your power and thoughts.
You have to take regularly fresh fruits and vegetables. Fish you can take, which
is heavily rich in omega-3 fatty acids is very helpful to relieve
stress. A tuna sandwich is another thing that gives strength to the brain.
4- DRINK
A CUP OF TEA:
Most people are addicted to using
coffee which has large amounts of caffeine. It does short-term active blood
pressure because it affects the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal gland. Instead
of any energy drink or coffee, you have to use green tea which has zero calories
and less than half the caffeine of coffee. it has also theanine with a healthy
antioxidant, which shows a calming effect on the nervous system. It is most
helpful for relieving your stress.
5- LISTEN TO MUSIC:
If you become speechless due to your
stressful condition, take a break and start listening to a piece of music. What
type of music you want, it’s not an issue, but your brain and body become calm
after listening to it. Your blood pressure becomes low and the secretion of
cortisol hormone is reduced. After all these effects, you feel automatically
relaxed.
6- SPEND TIME
WITH YOUR FRIEND:
When you feel
you are in stress, call your friend, spend time with him, and discuss the
problem. If you can’t talk with him about your stress, talk about your childhood
memories and enjoy your old memories. You become relaxed after doing it.
You can spend
time with your loved ones and your children, and you can do outings with them.
In a stressful
condition, you need someone to talk to, either he is your friend or your
relation.
7- SPEND TIME
WITH YOURSELF:
Sometimes, it
could happen, that any friend won’t be available to talk with you. So, don’t be
harsh and depressed. Just spend time with yourself, in a calm environment,
where there are no haphazard harsh voices of the community. Ask different
questions yourself, Why you are stressed? and what you can do, to sort out
this issue.
Be confident, that you are the only one who
can solve your issue with your technique because you are the only one, who has
some unique quality, trace it and do it again and again. You have to motivate
yourself and you have to grow. You have to face your problems resolve them
and move on from your stressful situation.
8- BREATH EASILY:
To do an easy
exercise that seems like yoga, you spend 3-5 minutes. sit on a chair with your
feet on the floor and put your hands on your knees. Breathe in and out calmly
and slowly. You have to focus that you have to expend carbon dioxide completely
which is called a deep breath.
After doing
this, in a deep breath, you oxygenate your blood and your body. All these
things resolve your stress easily.
9- LEARN ABOUT STRESSLESS LIFE:
Stress is an inescapable
part of human life, but it’s not the meaning, that you can’t treat it or can’t
overcome it. There is some stress, that doesn’t have any alternatives, but you
have to face it and manage it accordingly. You have to live a healthy life;
your life is most important if Allah originates you in this world, so He has a reason
behind it. No one is useless in this world. You can try to give benefits to
others, try to give smiles to others. It’s reverting back to you from Allah.
Every stress
can be managed, can be overcome, and can be solved. Only you have the passion,
power, and mindset, that you have to overcome your stress. Because everything
is possible in this world, why not you? Why not, manage your stress, stand
