When you have backache, sleeping is often hard. It is often
a vicious cycle because when you don’t take better sleep, your back pain becomes
worst. A wrong sleep position also can increase back pain. Try lying on the bed
on one side. Adjusting a pillow between knee joints to stay your spine in a

position for sitting because it increases your back pain, especially if you’re
sitting position for a long duration. Sit straight, together with your relaxing
shoulders and body has taken support from the back of the chair. You can adjust
a pillow or towel in a rolling position in between your back and seat. Keep your

3. TAKE BETTER MEDICINES:

effects, and some patients couldn’t able to take it properly. Ask your doctor

way that maintains your spine in proper position and alleviates your back in the
correct posture. They can also guide you to better exercises that give power to

a piece of cloth or towel to protect the skin from the extreme cooling effect.

After some days, the patient has to use heat sponging. Apply
a hot pad to keep your muscles relaxed and increase circulation. You can also
use a hot belt instead of a hot bag, you can adjust the temperature in it
according to your need.

8. ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT METHOD:

Researchers collect some data according to the treatments of
chronic backache by which they stimulate nervous circulation to relieve chronic
back pain. Your neurologist has to add acupuncture to treatment if pain couldn’t
relieve from conservative treatment.

Biofeedback is a method in which a special machine helps patients

maintain your respiration, pulse, blood circulation, and muscle.

Some researchers said that it’s a better treatment than
medication for relieving back pain, and reducing the intensity of pain by about 30%

your backache. There are different types of injectable therapy that doctors prescribe
